CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU & US
Our website will guide you through your order, you will be given the chance to double check your order to amend any mistakes, we also state delivery times in each individual item description and post a reminder at the checkout for this. After you place your order, we can not amend any mistakes until it has been received, we also can not speed up the delivery time once the order has been placed. If you need to make a change to your order you must notify us via email within three hours of placing your order, as soon as it is processed it can not be changed or cancelled. We can not cancel an order that has been dispatched and is in transit. We will send an email or text to confirm the order has been placed and when it has been dispatched - if you do not receive such an email, please contact us as there may be an issue on our system with the contact information you gave us. Our payment gateway is safe and secure with Stripe Payments Ltd. We do not share your contact information or order information with anyone.
Once your order is dispatched, we cannot alter the order or the address. All information at the order is final. If the address left at checkout is wrong and the order has been dispatched this is the responsibility of the customer. We will only send exchange items to the original address and have the right to refuse to send to a different address.
Our items are subject to availability. If you place an order and something is out of stock, our full apologies and we will refund that item - you may ask for this to be changed to a credit note, but our automatic response will be a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. If an order is flagged up for fraud, unable to secure payment, or if there is an error in pricing we will email you, the customer, to let you know this and can rectify this to help place a successful order in order to protect you & ourselves.
If you wish to return your item, this must be said to us within 14 days of receiving your item. The item must be unworn and in the exact condition it was delivered in with original tags and packaging, alternatively you can exchange your item or receive a credit note. If your exchanged item is less than the original we will refund the difference. We do not accept returns on lingerie, pierced jewellery or swimwear with the hygiene seal off. If an item has been worn and returned we reserve the right to refuse an exchange. In the case of exchanges / returns of international orders we do not refund the postage cost. Delivery charges are non refundable in all circumstances.
If you claim your item has not been received an investigation with Royal Mail will be opened and we must wait for them to open & resolve a case (e.g. declare as lost, or find and deliver the parcel) until we can take action to refund / replace for you. Any fee's to pay with Royal Mail or a courier relating to missed deliverys, customs fees etc are the responsibility of the customer.
We are only responsible for delivering your item in perfect condition. If you receive an item with any faults please let us know as soon as possible to rectify the situation. We are not responsible for anything that happens to the item when you wear it and any minor damage is classed as wear and tear that the buyer is responsible for.
Images on the website are for illustrative purposes only, we make every effort possible to ensure to get an accurate depiction of our products but we cannot guarantee your monitor will reflect colours properly. We recommend checking pictures on our website, Instagram and tagged pictures for a better look. Our images are our intellectual property and we do not permit the use of anybody else using them without our permission. If you are found to be using our images we will ask for immediate removal to avoid matters being taken further. If you re-post customer pictures without their permission and without giving credit we reserve the right for the photo to be removed as it is a breech of our customers privacy and misuse.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any given time. You will only be charged what the price is at the time of buying. It may go up or down and we do not have to honour any previous prices or special offers.
We are not responsible for any delivery delays out of our control but will seek to rectify them immediately to ensure the goods are safely delivered to the customer. Pre order items have an estimated dispatch time but delays may occur, you can request an update any time via email.
Please note if any chargebacks are opened for orders claiming they have not been received when they have, or the order has not been placed by them etc in an attempt to claim money back fraudulently - we pass on all the appropriate information to your bank for investigation and the appropriate authorities.
