We are now asking for ALL order updates to be requested via EMAIL ONLY - this is because our DM's are not closely monitored and we want you to be able to get in touch with us and have a direct line of contact. We ask to include your order number in your email so we can help you as quickly as possible. We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours and kindly ask to refrain from repetitive emailing if it has been less than 24 hours.
Please note we do not have a customer service phone number, we are email only.
